I'm Aimee, a reflexologist and member of the Association of Reflexologists. I founded Ginger & Brown in 2020 to share my passion for holistic therapies with a focus on supporting people to manage stress and prioritise their wellbeing. 

I offer a variety of treatments, including foot reflexology, facial reflexology, Indian head massage, and the Elim Medi-Peel.

My mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space where you can relax, reconnect, and restore balance to your life.  I’m committed to ongoing learning and regularly attend courses to ensure I’m offering the best treatments with the latest techniques.  Most recently, I had the pleasure of attending training facilitated by Sally Kay and I’m now qualified to offer reflexology for lymphatic drainage (RLD).  Please click here to find out more about the treatments I offer.

I am fully insured and registered with The Association of Reflexologists.  I am therefore recognised for reimbursement with many private healthcare providers.  Please check with your provider to determine if you claim the cost of your reflexology treatment.
